As a former owner of a land development company, Dick Stanton is expert in valuing land and working with attorneys, land planners and engineers to successfully navigate through planning, zoning and development activities. Working closely with local governments, Dick saves his clients a great deal of time and expense by determining early on in the process what will be feasible with a given parcel.
